Very good experience, friendly atmosphere and delicious food. The quality / price ratio is amazing, we just paid 36€ for a full course menu for 2 persons (and with wine!). Definitely recommended

Fantastic food in a beautiful building! Good price. You could feel the busy day in the level of service a little, but still friendly.

Spectacular evening! Delicious food for a ridiculously good price. Wine was wonderful, antipasti were amazing -- lardo with onions in agrodolce, chestnuts and air-dried filet, prosciutto, three kinds of cheese, butter from the mountain-fed cows... Primi we had gnocchi with bava cheese (holy mackerel!) and a soup from the region. And then the polenta...mamma mia! For dessert, my wife chose an apple cake that was divinely delicious. Their tiramisu is also incredible...and the portion is sufficient for a small army of Napoleon's. The waitstaff are tremendous. I look forward to return as soon as my stomach shrinks back to normal!

One of the best places for a local authentic menu. The food is top notch, from the antipasti to the polenta. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic. The location is excellent and a great view can be enjoyed outside. If you either are on the way from or to Switzerland or just around the valley, pay this a visit. It gets very busy so I suggest booking. One of the owners, Felice, is funny and entertaining. Great service.

Amazing food. Amazing people. Amazing view. This place is often found through a word of mouth, from it's regulars. It is a cozy hidden gem that I now have the pleasure of sharing with you here, thanks to the word of mouth from my godparents! I hesitate to share this beautiful place because don't always embrace and respect fully places and cultures as they should, but her I am, sharing this place with all of you, hoping that if you do visit, you will do so keeping in mind to respect the people and culture of this soul filling place, along with the amazing culinary experience that comes paired with it, like a good wine-which they also have! If you decide to take this breathtaking and stomach satisfying journey here, don't forget to say hello to Felice, the owner. Also, make share to share a warm conversation with those whom call this magical places home! Grazie mille a tutti voi lì al Ristorante La Masion de La Polenta for the delicious, local, fresh menu you offer there and for the friendly, warm customer service experienced. You made us feel at home! Un abbraccio, Alessandra e Tim Koenig (ospiti di Marinella e Vincenzo La Torre).

No flashy setting, no senseless haute cuisine. Just real food in a old genuine setting overlooking hills and valley. Host charming and full of humour. No charge for setting the table! The food was out of this world; truly delicious.
